1994 -- Committee assessing Strategic Plan expresses concerns
about the staffing level and service commitments of the facility
as outlined in the plan |

drafted to implement the Strategic Plan and ratified by the Faculty

input--plan endorsed by that group but concerns about staffing

wants to fund SSISA immediately |

in both paper and electronic format to the Faculty, Staff and
Students of the College of Agriculture |

meet to discuss the SSISA position |

1997 -- Staff begin re-engineering themselves for the AIC
