Tech Live Technology news from techtv Product Links Adjunct to the training provided by the AIC is information about the software and hardware products that the university uses on a regular basis. This is provided as a service to our users who may need additional tech support that the AIC cannot readily provide, or information such as vendor contact numbers or prices for hardware and software. Below are a list of links to various hardware and software vendors, plus additional links to helpful web sites both on and off campus. Dell Dell PCs are used in the AIC's computer lab, offices, and other areas of the facility. Gateway Gateway computers, particularly laptops, can be found in use around campus, including one used by the AIC staff. IBM IBM is the provider of many on the AIC's laptop computers, including those in the Portable electronic classroom Units (PUs) and the new Electronic Training Room.
