Family and Consumer Sciences Extension is pleased to welcome two new county Extension agents. Both were on-campus during January participating in new agent orientation sessions.
Tammy Howard is a June 2009 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a BS in Family and Consumer Sciences. Tammy however has been employed with the Madison County Extension Office as a site coordinator for more than 10 years. In this position she facilitated many FCS and 4-H county programs. Tammy is active in many professional development activities. She began her career as an FCS agent in Estill County on December 1, 2009.
Natasha Saunders started January 1 as the new Extension Agent for Family and Consumer Sciences in Boyle County. She is no stranger to the Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service however as she was employed during the summer of 2009 as an Extension intern in Fayette County. Natasha holds a BS in Family and Consumer Sciences with emphasis in fashion merchandising and design from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She has been active in a variety of professional development and volunteer opportunities.
