MAT Club January 2009 Meeting

The first meeting of the year proved to be quite a success with an impressive turnout! Several new members were in attendance.

The meeting began with introductions of new club officers including Nicole Depenbrock, Meredith Cinnamon, Katlyn Hamilton, Amanda Caldwell, Annie Reed, and Anne Manofsky.

With so many exciting upcoming events, the agenda was full of several housekeeping tasks.Signups for the Valentines Day Bake Sale, as well as the AmericasMart, Atlanta trip were distributed. Plans were also made to take a group visit to a local bridal boutique, Bluegrass Bride. Signups are still available for all activities.

During the meeting, members broke off into committees to discuss ideas for promotion and fundraising. Committee Chairs were also selected.

Dues were paid by both new and returning members and can still be paid to Treasurer, Amanda Caldwell.
