Tyrone is laughing, living and learning.  He believes that smiling and laughing is the key to being positive and that it rubs off on others in a positive way.  Living because there is a path that lies ahead of him that is being paved, and he is challenged to grow every day.  He believes, "Working with people who have lived longer, and have worked longer than you, creates the drive to seek their knowledge".  He has witnessed how mentoring and interning gives you the ability to establish bonds with professionals and to experience the "fruits of laboring" firsthand.  His personal goals are to impact someone's life in a positive manner by some form of help or demonstration, and to continuously be a light to his family. Working in extension has given him the chance to do all these things and no matter what lies ahead in his path, he will share his experiences and do the same for other aspiring professionals.
