Biography
Dr. Kim’s research expertise lies in family economics, specifically economic behaviors of the elderly. His current research interests include the dynamics of health and wealth, intergenerational transfer, and savings of the elderly. He has published articles in the leading journals of the field (e.g., Journal of Gerontology: Social Sciences;, The Gerontologist; and Journal of Consumer Affairs). Before joining UK, Dr. Kim worked at the University of Georgia.
