Extension Name Badges
Name Badges are ordered through CATPAWS on a
online order form. You will need your CATPAWS Login ID (Complete email url) and Password.
Design of the Name Badge
Extension: The design of the badge is standard. The top has the Extension logo, the middle has the name, both in UK blue. All badges are to be the same. Extension badges are not to have county names, offices, employee titles, etc. added on the badges.
College: The design of the badge is standard. The top logo is the College logo, the middle has the name, both in UK blue. All badges are to be the same.
The bottom of the badge has an area for your department.
After you submit the form online, the order goes to a vendor that's on contract through UK. They make the badges and mail them to the address you state on the form.
