Submission Process. All new or revised curricula should be thoroughly reviewed in the department (or by steering committee for interdepartmental programs) prior to submission to the College. One copy of all forms, signed by the department or steering committee chair should be submitted, along with electronic versions (Word forms are easiest for you to use. If you can convert to pdf after completion, that is good, but not required). Note that a Routing Log form must also be completed and included.

All forms for curriculum proposals can be found at the Faculty Senate Forms site. Again, the Word versions are probably easiest to use.

Send one hard copy with signatures, routing form, and minutes of all discussions on the proposals to:

Sarah Wells, N6 Ag Sci N, 0091.

Include the Word or PDF version either on a CD or email to Sarah Wells at sjwell2@email.uky.edu.

Review Process. All submissions are examined by either the Undergraduate or Graduate Curriculum Committee (400G and 500 level courses are evaluated by both committees).

The faculty of the College will be notified by email of the proposal and given 10 business days to comment. All comments on a proposal will be provided to the College Committee for their use in evaluating the proposal.
