General Information on Internships
You are required to fill out a Learning Contract prior to starting your internship. This means you must talk with your advisor, make contact with the employer, and come to agreement among the three of you what you will do in the job, what your Learning Outcomes are, and what reports or other final product(s) you are responsible for.

This should be typed. It must be signed by you, your advisor, and the department chair. Then submit to the Office of Academic Programs in N6 Agricultural Science Bldg.
NOTE: Learning Contracts must be submitted BEFORE your internship, not after you have had a job experience.
