Hospitality Management Association and Society of Hosteurs
Organized in 1990, HMA, provides a vehicle through which students may develop and identify with professional hospitality and management oriented businesses. HMA's objective is to become involved in projects that interrelate and interface with industry professionals and organizations. HMA is now associated with the Council on Hotel and Restaurant Institutional Education. Activities include scheduled meetings, trips to national associations, educational conferences, and shows, professionally planned dinners and revenue-raising activities, hotel sales blitzes, and other professional and social activities.
