The College Strategic Planning Committee intends to sustain full communication between the committee and the college community as a whole.  At this phase, we are requesting open-ended comments on broad, comprehensive issues.  Later we expect to pose more specific questions and solicit feedback on drafts of various elements in the Plan.   

We will be using web-based collection methods throughout.  This will be accessible to staff, faculty, and students in the College.  Other methods may be developed for soliciting input and feedback

The committee now invites your comment on the key issues and important ideas that should be addressed in the new Strategic Plan.  The Plan will help to define the future direction of the College, influence how we balance our traditional strengths and new opportunities, define the scope of our work, and affect how others see us.  The Strategic Plan, by U.K. mandate, will be organized around six common goals.  Read  more about the U.K. plan and the university wide objectives and indicators.  UK Strategic Plan
