(Sept. 1, 2004) – An agreement between the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture’s Health Education through Extension Leadership program (HEEL) and the UK College of Dentistry Division of Public Health and Center for Oral Health Research takes up the challenge to improve oral health and general health across Kentucky. “This agreement will advance
