A U.S. Department of Homeland Security project to protect the transportation of bulk milk is unveiled to representatives of the dairy industry.

Kentuckians across the state responded to get moving on Second Sunday. In 71 counties, city streets were closed encouraging people to take part in some kind of physical activity.

November is National Diabetes Month. Find out ways to control the problem once it is properly identified.

An elementary school is involved in the University of Kentucky’s PAWS Program which is designed to get students and their teachers to move more and be healthier.

The Fine Arts Extension programs in Greenup County and Pike County are off and running, while a third fine arts extension agent will soon be added in Muhlenberg County, the first for western Kentucky.

University of Kentucky College of Agriculture researchers are taking aim at an endophyte fungus that damages tall fescue, the United State’s most important cool-season grass.

 

 Extension professionals showcased programs offered by UK’s Cooperative Extension Service in a fun atmosphere at the West Kentucky 4-H Camp.
