Recently signed House Bill 626 establishes the Kentucky Proud logo as the permanent marketing program for locally grown and produced products.

 Thanks to a grant from the Governor’s Office for Energy Policy, researchers at UK's Research and Education Center in Princeton are studying canola, a crop that may have potential as a biodiesel fuel.
