The State Teen Council is the representative body of teens from all over Kentucky. Teens learn about leadership and communication skills and serve as a direct line of communication with their counties / districts and the state 4-H program. Another primary duty is to provide leadership for the State 4-H Teen Conference program in terms of planning and implementation.
