Objective of this Endowment: This fund is intended to recognize teen and adult volunteers through outstanding service on the local, county, and state level.
History: The fund was initiated in honor of Mr. Conrad Feltner, who served as Assistant Director of Extension for 4-H from 1970 to 1978. The effort was spearheaded by the State Teen Council with support from the Kentucky 4-H Leaders Council and staff in 1978.
How annual interest funds will be used: Funds will be made available annually to fund volunteer recognition. The design of the recognition may be modified over time depending on the income produced by the investment.
