Objective of this Endowment: This endowment was set up to provide financial support for the Kentucky 4-H Dairy Program.
History: The endowment was established by Oliver and Virginia Payne, dairy farmers who wanted to ensure that future 4-H members have opportunities to learn about dairy production. Their initial gift was made on Sept. 8, 2000.
How annual interest funds will be used: Funds will be available annually to the state 4-H dairy program from the earnings from the endowment.
