D) Illustrated Talk - To be given without computer.

Charts or enlarged diagrams or computer projections may be used as visual aids. This visual presentation may include explanation of the proper care, maintenance and functions of a computer, programming techniques or other related topics. G) The judges must give approval for the state winner to advance to the national competition. This is especially true if the state winner receives a ribbon other than blue in state competition. If a state winner earns only a red or white ribbon in the state competition, the judges will determine whether or not to permit the 4-Her to advance.
