3. To be eligible to participate in the State Judging events, all junior and senior members must be certified by the 4-H agent that each individual has received training.

4. The 12 highest scoring individuals in senior meat animal and dairy judging will be invited to participate in further workouts to select teams which will represent Kentucky in out-of-state competition. The workout schedules will be discussed with those concerned immediately following announcements of results.

5. No member of a team may represent Kentucky in more than one out-of-state 4-H Club national judging events during the current year.

6. No member may represent Kentucky in an out-of-state NATIONAL judging event in which he/she has previously participated as a representative of the 4-H Club Department. This includes the National 4-H Livestock Judging Contest in Louisville. 7. No 4-H member may compete in more than one state livestock judging event (meat animal, dairy or horse). An individual may compete in one of these and also in tobacco, land, poultry, vegetable, meats, clothing, foods or home furnishing judging providing the member makes the necessary arrangements should conflicts occur. Members entering the meat animal judging event must judge beef, sheep and swine.

8. Participants in the judging event shall report to the superintendent in charge of events at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time.

9. Judging will be done on an individual basis. There shall be no conferring among members or between a member and anyone else (except the superintendent or group leader) while the judging event is being conducted. Violation will necessitate expulsion of a member.
