4-H is a collaborative effort. Whether at the county, university, state or national levels, 4-H firmly believes in partnership to not only make our program the best it can be for the children and youth involved, but for all young people, organizations, and adults who work with youth. 4-H agents collaborate with parents, volunteers, the young people who participate in our programs and the community in which we live.
The state 4-H program collaborates with other university departments and with partners at the state and national levels to continuously improve what we do for young people and to contribute to the field of youth development. By working in partnership we seek to best utilize the limited resources more efficiently and effectively for young people. |
