Kentucky News updated as of May 28, 2008

  • Hello Everyone,

Below is the current map of SBR activity in the U.S. So far, all has been really quiet on the SBR front, which is good! However, soybean planting was considerably delayed in much of the South and in parts of the Midwest due to cool and wet conditions. Also, there are many more doublecrop acres this year in the South compared to recent history. All of this could push the SBR potential impact period much later into the season than usual for a significant portion of the U.S soybean crop.

You can see the green starting to populate the SBR map indicating where scouting is taking place. I have also attached the current SBR fungicide information.
