Kentucky News updated as of
October 12, 2007
- Hello Everyone,
As you can see, below, soybean rust has now been detected in north central Iowa. We also had a new find in Caldwell County in late-planted soybean; the level of disease was very low. In addition, there have been new finds recently in North Carolina, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma and Georgia. Go to www.sbrusa.net for more information.
I look for many more finds to occur over the next two weeks. However, they are rapidly running out of leaves to look for SBR in the northern areas due to frost.
