Plant
Disease Diagnostic Laboratories
The University of Kentucky operates two Plant
Disease Diagnostic Laboratories, one on the Lexington Campus
and another at the UK Research and Extension Center in Princeton,
KY.
The UK Plant Disease Diagnostic Laboratories are
used primarily as an educational resource for UK Extension Agents
in Agriculture and Horticulture located in county Extension offices
throughout the Commonwealth. Kentucky citizens interested in
submitting plant samples for diagnosis may contact their county
Extension office for information on sample preparation and submission.

The Plant Disease Identification Form (carbonless
triplicate) is available from the
Plant Disease Diagnostic Laboratory in Lexington and Princeton.
