To start the process for a project, fill out the clearance form for:
Integrated Media Project Form: Use to request Web Development, Programming and creative design (logo and/or Web site updates)
Video Project Form: Use to request simple Instructional Video for YouTube/VideoCenter
Video Project Form: Use for In-depth Instructional Video with a detail form for scripting

Dreamweaver:
- Create sites supported by Dreamweaver software. Provide the basic design, content entered by user
- Designs are compliant with the college header and footer, using css and ADA parameters (no tables in the code).
- Instruct the user on adding content to the site/page through our training team
- Assist with WebDAV connection
Drupal CMS:
- Create larger sites for an entire department/unit, based on the college design/theme
- Create sites that meet the criteria for a content managed structure, examples are manuals, handbooks.
- Create a page to an existing CMS site
- Instruct the user on adding content to the site/page
Training Hub
Programming/Database:
- Create graphics, video, animation, database, interactive forms, and instructional gaming to enhance internet development.
- Integrated Media teams with other units as needed for projects
- Customized searches
- We support CATPAWS, database mining
- Register for CATPAWS
Graphics/Logos, Multimedia apps:
- Monitor usage of college and extension logos, compliance of graphic standards, create necessary program identifiers for the college.
- Marketing Resources Web site
- Multimedia Flash, special animation for courses involved with Learning Services
Instructional Video Production and Development:
- Work with Extension on long term projects requiring video footage
- Create Instructional video for posting to YouTube and the VideoCenter
- Consult with user on how to video conferences and make edits to the files.
- Assist you with training for use of video equipment and basic editing skills

We do not have the resources to support:
- Extensive data capture in short-term projects or if others already exist and are reasonable
- Internet Explorer for Content Management system sites
- Unsecure sites or content uploads created by other individuals in departments/units, or vendor’s.
- Create individual sites for college faculty, staff, students
- FrontPage (Microsoft is no longer supporting this software), GoLive software.
- Table structure within HTML, ADA disabilities requirements.
