| The third step in hay
baling is letting the hay dry out. This is very important because
wet hay can damage farm equipment, mold, or generate heat, creating
a fire in the field or barn. |
|
The fourth step in hay baling is
raking. Raking is done with a machine called a rake, which puts
the hay into windrows. Windrows are rows of piled hay.
Watch someone
rake
