See a baby pig being born!

A baby pig is called a piglet.

The process of having a baby pig is called farrowing.

Sows can have up to ten piglets at a time. Piglets are raised by their mothers until they are three weeks old. Then, they are weaned, or seperated from their mothers. After the piglets are weaned, they are fed by the farmer. The farmer feeds the pigs until they are sold or kept to become mothers and fathers.
