the tobacco has dried and reached the correct color, it is time
to start stripping. This is the process of pulling the leaves
off the tobacco plant. The leaves are pressed together in a
baler to make blocks of tobacco. These blocks, or bales, are
taken to the tobacco warehouse. Watch some people strip
tobacco! |
