Norman Borlaug
Norman Borlaug was an American botanist and director of the Division of Wheat Cultivation at the Centro Internacional de Mejoramiento de Maiz y Trigo (CIMMYT) in Mexico. He is generally recognized for setting the Green Revolution in motion and was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for these efforts.
