Salmonella

Salmonella is a common strain of infectious bacteria that causes foodborne illness. It can be transmitted through contaminated poultry, eggs and other foods and cause illness. Incubation for this organism is 8 - 48 hours while the attack may last anywhere from 3 - 7 days.
