Growth rate is the amount of change in a given population over a period of time as a result of balance among the different processes such as birth, death, and migration.
This is calculated as:
(Birth Rate - Death Rate) + Net Migration Rate / Total Population X 10

Rate of Natural Increase + Net Migration Rate
