A grain truck is just one of many ways to transport grain crops.

Transportation

Grain is transported mainly for storage or for sale. Grain is transported from the field to storage or from field or storage to sell at the elevator or as delivery on a contract. This is usually done in a truck. In some instances, grain must also be moved long distances. A barge is used to move grain down a river while a freight ship is used to transport grain across the ocean.
