Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Division of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) that does testing on a variety of products.  Their mission is to ensure the safety of products before they get to the consumer.  They test genetically engineered plants and other products of agriculture biotechnology.
