Regulations USDA Agricultrual Biotechnology The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is one of three Federal Agencies, along with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), primarily responsible for regulating biotechnology in the United States.
