Protect Your Child From Environmental Health Risks
As you conduct programs dealing with children's environmental health issues through Extension, we would love to hear about your successes and impacts. As part of a regional project with EPA Region 4 and the Extension Service in each of the 7 other states they serve, program summary tools have been developed to provide a format for sharing information about programs and activities.
Training, Workshop or Presentation
If you conduct a training or workshop, or give a presentation to a local group or at a local event, please use the "Program Summary" form for sharing information about your successes and impacts. Follow the link below to access this electronic form. When you've finished filling in the information applicable to your program, simply hit the submit button at the end to send your summary.
Program SummaryDisplay, Health Fair or Media Program
When you participate in local events through displays or informal presentations, we'd love to hear about the impact of those events. Likewise, if you have the opportunity to use local media outlets for programming addressing children's environmental health issues, we'd love to share your results.
