Kentucky Water Awareness Month
Kentucky Water Awareness Month is an educational program of the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service, Environmental and Natural Resource Issues Task Force. The program promotes overall water awareness for the citizens of Kentucky. Program materials are developed each year by a committee at the state level, and distributed to each of the 120 county Extension offices in the state. Individual county staffs are encouraged to tailor the program to fit their county's needs, and use the materials to enhance their program efforts.
Would you like to share how you used the water awareness month packet(s) in your county programming? If so, contact Ashley Osborne at ashley.osborne@uky.edu. We would love to feature your story in the ENRI Quarterly Newsletter or post your story and/or photos on the ENRI website.
