Submissions

Researchers at all levels -- scientists, representatives from industry and government, professors, post-docs, and students who are seeking publishing opportunities for their research are encouraged to present a poster or oral paper at the ESA-NCB.

Each presenter is required to register for the Meeting in order to be considered. Registration for the ESA-NCB will be available December 2010. Click here for registration info.

All presenters are advised to bring their presentation on a USB portable drive to be downloaded to the central presentation computer prior to your presentation.

Announcement to all presenters: Due to technical restrictions, we are unable to accept PowerPoint presentations created in Office 2007 (.PPTX) format. Please create and save your presentations as an Office 2003 (.PPT) file. If you create your presentation as a PowerPoint 2007 file, it will NOT render properly on our presentation laptops. If you have questions about the format of your presentation, please contact Ms. Hannah Draper-Burnett (hdburnett@uky.edu)

General submissions and poster presentations must be submitted by February 17.

 

Submission Guidelines:

Poster Submission:

  • Posters should be limited to 4' tall by 4' wide
  • Mounting material will be push pin and velcro receptive.

Podium, LCD projector and presentation computer will be available to each presenter for their presentation.

Student Competition, General Submission and Poster Submission
