Salary and Benefits
Salaries are comparable to those of other educational professions and vary according to the degree held, previous professional experience and the area of assignment.
Salaries are reviewed annually and adjusted according to performance and availability of funds.
The base starting salary for a Bachelor's Degree and no work experience is $32,000 per year.
The base starting salary for a Master's Degree and no work experience is $36,000 per year.
Compensation for prior work experience is based on how closely related the experience is to the job duties of an Extension Agent.
