Vehicle Reservations

We offer vehicles at several different locations. Please see individual location for rates and models available.

Please include the following information when making a reservation:

1. *Driver's Name (*In order to be an authorized driver operating a vehicle on behalf of the University individuals must meet all the requirements set forth in University Business Procedures E-14-2, including completion of a Motor Vehicle Record and Release Form)
2. Specify Vehicle Type
   • Economy
   • Sedan
   • Full-size Sedan
   • Midsize SUV
   • 7-Passenger Van
   • 12-Passenger Van must be UK certified van driver
   • 1/2 Ton Truck (with or without topper)
   • 3/4 Ton Truck (with or without topper)

4. Pick-Up Date
5. Return Date
6. Department number
7. Account number
8. Contact Info (name, telephone, email)
