Survey

 

UK was one of seven universities that participated in a Food Safety educational campaign for college students in Spring 2007. The other universities were:  Drexel, Kansas State University, University of California at Davis, University of Memphis, University of Oklahoma and Virginia Tech University.  Students were asked to take a survey with questions on their food safety knowledge and behaviors before and after the educational campaign.  Results of the survey are being tabulated.
