Academic Interests:
I am interested in wildife management, ecology and conservation, expecially of large game species. My current research is entitled "Elk abundance and distribution in eastern Kentucky: with an analysis of the feasibility of FLIR for American black bears". While this is quite the mouth full, I find it very interesting. I am able to focus on population modeling, survey techniques, habitat use patterns, and management implications.
Personal Interests:
I enjoy horseback riding, raquet ball, and most outdoor activities. I am currently attempting to learn to play the banjo.
