Welcome to the Forestry Recruiting Information Clearinghouse website. The purpose of this website is to provide recruiting information for university personnel involved with recruiting forestry undergraduate students. This website is supported by a network of individuals involved with southern forestry programs. Through this website, southern forestry programs are joining together to share recruiting information on:

samples of recruiting materials from southern forestry programs
useful links to forestry and recruiting resources, youth programs, and organizations
anecdotes about what works and what doesn't work
information for parents, teachers, and guidance counselors on forestry careers and summer programs

As part of this southern forestry program network, data will be collected to document what's working and recruiting costs in terms of time and money.
