Report from Livestock Disease Diagnostic
Center
University of Kentucky College of Agriculture
For 2004, the total number of equine abortions submitted to the Livestock Disease
Diagnostic Center (LDDC) for examination was 270. For 2003, the total number
of equine abortions submitted was 427. This is the final update from the LDDC.
