This program is only for University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service offices.
Please complete the online form below. By submitting this form, the primary contact for the county Extension office applying to the Paw Print Program confirms that to the best of his/her knowledge, this office has successfully completed all applicable steps required for the Level the office is applying for from the Paw Print Program.
Please note county offices are highly encouraged to develop a green team to coordinate efforts. To be considered for certification of a level 75% of action items for that level must be completed and at least 75% of all office personnel have taken the individual actions on the checklist needed in order to conserve energy and water, reduce waste, and improve air quality. The ENRI Task Force realizes that not all action items may be applicable in all county offices. If your office is not able to complete certain action items please provide an explanation in the comments section provided below stating the action item and why it could not be completed.
