How do I get an e-mail address?

  1. To obtain an e-mail address, you first must fill out the following online form. Click the following link to access the form: Computing Accounts Request Form.
  2. The helpdesk will receive the form and submit your request for an e-mail account to the main campus email account administrators.
  3. Once the helpdesk receives the completed request from main campus, an e-mail with your userid and password will be sent to the individual you listed as your contact person.
  4. You should follow the directions in the e-mail on how to activate your account and reset your default password.

What is Catpaws and how do I register?

CATPAWS stands for College of Agriculture Total Personnel Applications Web System. For common FAQs and information regarding the system, please click on the following link: Catpaws Learning Resources.

  1. To register in Catpaws for the first time, click on the following link to access the login page: CATPAWS.
  2. Click on the New User Registration button under the "Not registered in CATPAWS?" heading.
  3. Enter your UK ID and select your Institution from the drop down menu.
  4. If you receive the following message "Unable to verify employee status," please contact the helpdesk for assistance.
  5. Continue registration by entering your name, email address, department information, etc.
