4) Number of citizens adopting one new safety practice
5) Number of collaborative programs that change comprehensive health
maintenance

Impact Indicators:
An increased awareness of youth and adults in the areas of health, nutrition and safety measured by a percentage increase of youth eating breakfast at school, number of adults requesting dietary counseling and a decrease in farm related accidents in both youth and adults to encourage the adoption of healthier lifestyles. Survey of impact of Single Parenting program. Survey of impact of drug education. 30% of EFNEP to improve family nutrition. Survey pre/post.
