-Rhizosphere Lab Philosophy- The lab is a place for teaching and learning. We check our egos at the door and enter with an open, inquisitive mind. We approach research questions with enthusiasm and we follow through by amassing data in a methodical, well-thought-out manner. We understand that mistakes happen and make all efforts to learn from them. We ask questions when they arise without the fear of being judged. No one will ever be considered “stupid”! We respect that some may not have been as fortunate in receiving the requisite training on a particular technique as others in the lab; we all have to start somewhere.
