The NPA has hosted several Entrepreneurship Forums in 2002-2006, which provided NPA partners as well as interested community members a chance to interact. The style of the Forums varied from roundtable discussions, to group activities, to a presentation on a given topic of interest. This flexibility allowed to forums to serve multiple functions such as exposing people to activities in natural products field, providing education on entrepreneurship, offering peer feedback on ideas, and allowing opportunities for networking.

The first Forum was held on Nov. 26, 2002, and sought to gather input for implementing the five, specific activities proposed for the NPA. Participants from each branch of the partnership - private/industry companies, state and local government agencies, and university partners - shared their interests, expectations, and concerns in a roundtable-style format. Forums and workshops in 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 had 186, 158, 20, and 35 attendees, respectively.
