NRCM News and Announcements

ADVISING NOTES:
While you prepare for your advising appointment, there are two courses NRCM majors should consider for this spring semester:

  1. PLS 597 Agroecology – the application of ecological principles to agricultural systems (Krista Jacobsen & Rebecca McCulley)
  2. PHI 336 Environmental Ethics – a course which is focused on the question: “What is the human place in nature?” and includes A Sand County Almanac on the reading list.

Graduation Audits
If you are an NRCM major who intends to graduate in May, you need to schedule an appointment with either Louise Gladstone or Susan Skees in the College of Ag Advising Resource Center (N-8, Ag North Building) during October 5-30.  You can make an e-appointment with Ms. Gladstone or Ms. Skees through myUK and clicking on Schedule an Advisor Meeting. The deadline for applying for a May 2010 degree is November 30.
