2010 Fall Grower Education Conference, December 1, 2 or 3 (Same free, half-day program at different sites over a three day period).
KPF is hosting a Fall Grower Educational Conference on December 1 (Wednesday), December 2 (Thursday) and December 3 (Friday). In response to grower requests to reduce your travel and in hopes of reaching more growers the conference is being held in three different locations. Each conference runs from 8AM to 1:30PM Central Time and includes lunch. Pre-registration required by November 24, 2010.
- December 1 - William Cherry Agricultural Exposition Center, Murrary State University
- December 2 - Hopkins County Fair and Expositon Center, Madisonville
- December 3 - The Center for Rural Development, Somerset.

Release of CAST Water Video, April 21
CAST has partnered with Capital Media Group to launch a national media blitz related to the recent CAST report--Water, People, and the Future: Water Availability for Agriculture in the United States--that addresses water issues affecting California, Arizona, Florida, and the High Plains farmers and the downstream impact to consumers nationwide. This "NewsCAST" educational video explaining the research in layman's terms was released to complement Earth Day, April 22.
