Professional Interest
Alkaloid metabolism in tobacco and in tall fescue infected by endophytic fungi. Demethylation of nicotine to nornicotine and subsequent tobacco specific N-nitrosamine formation, especially N-nitrosonornicotine during curing. Pyrrolizidine and ergot-like alkaloids from tall fescue and animal toxicosis.
